Moore Candle Collective provides access to their website to sell products to you based on the below terms and conditions. You acknowledge and agree to the below terms and conditions by using this website.
Moore Candle Collective will not use your information other than to contact you about your order OR for promotional material. You can opt-out of promotional material at any time, simply by choosing unsubscribing from the email.

All information provided to Moore Candle Collective is confidential. All your personal details will not be used in an unauthorised manner. They will never be provided to outside parties other than Australia Post or a courier for the delivery of your goods.
Our website does not retain specific payment information, only you have access to this at the time of purchase
All prices on the website include GST (Goods and Services Tax). We reserve the right to change these prices at any time, however, once you place your order – that price is fixed.
Although Moore Candle Collective does not accept responsibility for incorrect orders or selections made by you, please contact us immediately if you happen to make an incorrect order. We are happy to discuss a change if we have not already dispatched your products.
If a discount code is listed as a one-time per customer use code, we reserve the right to remove the code from the customer’s order if it is clear the customer has already used this code previously. A ‘customer’ constitutes the same Name & Address.
LIABILITY & PRODUCT USE
Moore Candle Collective provide Candle & Reed Diffuser warning labels on the bottom of our products. Moore Candle Collective is not responsible for the way you use our products or any loss or damage they may cause due to incorrect use.
Moore Candle Collective test all our products stringently and in varying environments.
SHIPPING & RETURN
All delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch and serve as an estimate only.
Moore Candle Collective will not be liable to you for losses suffered or incurred due to delivery delays.
Orders are dispatched within two (2) business days unless stated otherwise. Please see below the estimated delivery timeframes for Standard Shipping per State:
NSW & ACT: 2-5 business days.
QLD &VIC 3-5 business days.
SA: 4-6 business days.
TAS: 5-6 business days.
NT: 7-10 business days.
WA: 7-11 business days.
Please note order dispatch may be delayed up to 48 hours during peak promotional periods.
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. If you haven’t received this, please check your junk mail. If you need to contact us about the whereabouts of your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
We currently only ship within Australia.
We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
If in the unfortunate event your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us via email at email@example.com within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods. Should your item be deemed faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, Moore Candle Collective will provide an exchange, store credit or refund. Refunds will be processed according to your original method of payment. If you believe your item is faulty after the 30-day time criteria, Moore Candle Collective may require you to send the item back at your expense for assessment. This cost will be refunded to you if the item is deemed faulty.
