At Moore Candle Co, each candle is carefully poured and prepared based on your specific selections, including fragrance, jar style and size. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

All sales are final once your order has been placed.

We encourage you to carefully review your order details — including fragrance choice, jar style and size — prior to completing your purchase to ensure everything is exactly as you would like it.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or faulty item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits or replaces your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet acceptable quality standards, you are entitled to a remedy.
