Thank you for shopping with Moore Candle Co. We take great care in preparing and packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

During busy periods, product launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where applicable.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location within Australia. As a general guide:

  • Metro areas: 2–6 business days

  • Regional areas: 3–10 business days

Please note these are estimates only and are subject to Australia Post or courier provider timeframes.


Incorrect Address Details

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

Moore Candle Co is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect address details

  • Parcels returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete information

If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the courier service.

Moore Candle Co is not responsible for shipping delays once the parcel has left our premises. However, if your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier provider.


Damaged Items in Transit

We carefully package all orders to minimise damage during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Photos of the packaging

We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.


International Shipping

At this time, Moore Candle Co ships within Australia only. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
